What do you think of Down syndrome? I think it is when you are born with a birth defect that you can not change. A girl has a little sister with Down syndrome and she thought it was weird and did not like it. Then she realized that she is human and she is the person who has influenced her the most. If I had a family member with Down syndrome I don’t now what it would be like but I think you would realize how hard life is for them. I know a few people with this disease and I feel sorry for them.

She is a well known politician for her stupidity and running for vice president with John McCain .When Sara Palin went into office she asked her old pastor from her assembly of god church “She asked for a biblical example of people who were great leaders and what was the secret of their leadership,” Mr. Riley said. She felt that her faith in god would help her run office. She did not want her political views to interrupt her religious views on problems and life. If she did not know god and how he works she would a scared woman. I think that Sara Palin is weird lady from Alaska.

Are women really equal to men? A woman had a child and after her maternity leave. She told her husband why don’t I be the bread winner and you stay home with the baby. She was not as worried of switching from two incomes to one, but she needed to know how to budget and how to tell her children that they had to cut back. She thought after her husband asked her what she thought about the situation and she did not really know what to think or say.

I am comparing the indian culture to my culture, I am Lutheran Christian. in the indian culture there are alot of thig that women are not abile to do. The men are known to be more vauble than women when born. The women have to be covered in public or around men. I believe i would be a whole different person if i was indian and also be treated alot differently to. I believe that if there wernt other cultures the world would be a whole lot different and not as diverse.

This article could easliy be compared to the plane that landed in the hudson river. In this article 24 people died but the crash in the hudson river no one died. There was twenty eight people on that flight and ony four people survived, and in the hudson they landed in water and where abile to get help but a few people had some frost bite from the water temp and a few got hypothermia. The hudson river accident was due to birds flying into the motor and and the brzilian one was due to wheather conditions. In both of these articles the pilots where trying to make it to saftey, but you cant always make it so you have to make a quick decision even though it may not be the best one.

What happened in this article is alot like what happened in the idaho 1910 forest fire. Many people would not leave their homes until it was a life or death situation. The center for risk and community safty has done alot of resreach about alot of forest and wild fires. You never really ever know when something like this is gonna happen and there is not that many things you can do to prevent it. What you should do is leave your home when there is a forest fire and not trie to fight it yourself. In this forest fire they lost 181 people in one week.

I read an article about a man who killed a mother in ohio. he broke into the house when the mother was cooking super. he tied the mother to the chair and took the boy up stairs and sexualy assalted him, the mother broke free and stabed him with a knife from the kitchen in the side then he shot her twice with a shotgun. then took her car and the boy and left him at an intersection in ohio. i got this article from yahoo news.
